Ahead of their destination wedding in Sicily in June 2027, we wanted to create something that would mark the beginning of their journey — not simply a traditional Save the Date photoshoot, but an experience that would allow them to live the destination they had chosen for one of the most important celebrations of their lives.

For us, it begins much earlier.

It begins with the first journey to Sicily, the discovery of a place, the anticipation of welcoming family and friends and all those small experiences that gradually become part of the couple’s story.

This was the inspiration behind Alizée and Dylan’s Save the Date.

Rather than creating a conventional photoshoot, we wanted to design an afternoon that felt natural to them and connected to the atmosphere of their future wedding destination.

The photography would document the experience rather than dictate it.

Because some of the most beautiful images are created when couples are given the freedom to simply enjoy a moment together.

Taormina: The Beginning of Their Sicilian Story

There are few places in Italy quite like Taormina.

Perched above the Ionian Sea, with Mount Etna in the distance and centuries of history hidden within its streets, it has long attracted travellers from around the world.

Yet its beauty goes far beyond its famous views.

Taormina has an atmosphere of its own.

Historic architecture sits beside contemporary design. Elegant hotels open onto Mediterranean gardens. Narrow streets reveal unexpected views towards the sea.

As the afternoon continued, we wanted Alizée and Dylan to stop thinking about photographs for a moment and simply enjoy Taormina.

The experience therefore continued with an aperitivo at the Louis Vuitton Café by Timeo.

Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, refined design and the unmistakable atmosphere of Taormina, it became one of the most distinctive moments of the day.

But the intention was never simply to photograph the couple in a prestigious setting.

The intention was to create an experience.

A moment to sit together.

To order a drink.

To talk.

To laugh.

To look around and realise that this extraordinary corner of Sicily would soon become part of their wedding story.

The photographs came naturally from that experience.

And that distinction is important to us.

We do not believe every moment of a destination wedding needs to be staged.
